Amazing experience as usual. Love the dufferent selections. The food quality is great. The food comes out fast. Would definitely go here again. We need more Chefette in the states.

I had an awesome time trying Chefette for the first time! I got the mix and match deal with a burger and chicken/potato roti. I’m not the biggest burger fan but the roti was delicious!!

Great location and food. If you’re looking for a fast food this is the place to eat. You can choose pretty much anything- pizza, chicken, burgers, tacos, ice cream, milk shakes and more. The staff are a bit slow but i feel like it’s worth the wait.

Dear Chefette (Lancaster branch) Tonights holder of ticket #1269 would like to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. *Thank you…firstly for letting me stay in your branch not dusturbed by anyone for nearly an hour entertained by watching people going in and out of the building. *Thank you…for showing me the hope that it is possible to come for a takeaway service 40++ minutes after other customers and still be served before them *Thank you…for making me understand that we, ‘the customers’ should not place complex orders as those could create the confusion and delay in service (like my order tonight… portion of chicken tenders, couple of roties and an ice cream. They probably had to runaround to catch chickens in order to serve them as for life of me I cannot see why would it take 45 minutes and still not have the food brought to me) *Thank you…special thanks to an invisible branch manager who personally approved refund for my order which was not ready after 45 minutes (perhaps the term ”fast food” needs to be explained better to all staff in the daily briefings). *Thank you…for understanding that I ordered my food to eat for dinner and not for the following day breakfast (apologies for this sarcasm…just venting a little) *Thank you…for prompting me to find out that we can get better food much faster in many restaurants not too far from your location. *Thank you…for NOT one word of apology from neither above mentioned invisible manager nor the member of staff who dealt with my refund (promptly sorted, might I add) *Thank you…for saving me from spending money with you tonight (and probably for the very, very long time in the future) *Thank you…those who were going to share the meal with me tonight are also sending their sincere thank you I am totally aware that my dissatisfaction with tonight’s events and a promise of not patronizing your business in the future will not affect your bottom line much but it gives me a great pleasure to know that I can choose not to go back and experience this again. Had the pleasure of trying roti from Barbados and it was absolutely AMAZING! Try the beef and potato roti, it is sooo good!
