We had a very nice waitress who did a great job. There were only 3 choices for every course. Food quality was high, but the portions were very, very small for what you pay. Main dishes were more like small starters. We were unlucky as there was a podcast being recorded in another part of the establishment, which got played on the speakers of the whole place with very loud laughing and shouting. I think moving forward, the volume of this should be greatly reduced in other parts of the establishment to allow a nice eating experience. If you’re not hungry, I would recommend this restaurant, but do check whether a podcast will be recorded that evening 😅.

This octopus dish was absolutely stunning! The octopus tentacles were grilled to perfection, crispy and slightly charred on the outside, yet incredibly tender and succulent within, with no hint of dryness. It was beautifully complemented by the creamy, smooth sauce underneath and the fresh, crisp diced vegetables on top, creating a delightful array of textures. Every bite offered a harmonious blend of the octopus's sweet freshness and the refreshing tang of the accompanying ingredients, and it paired wonderfully with the bread. This is definitely a dish that delights both the eyes and the palate – highly recommended for all seafood lovers.

By far, the best meal we have had on this island. In fact, the quality and freshness of the food, the presentation and the right balance of spices and textures of each meal makes it such that it is comparable to any other 5 stars restaurant out there. This one just happens to be in Fort de France and pricing is adjusted to be competitive with other offerings here. They could charge triple in Paris or New York. A great restaurant, would recommend wholeheartedly, and we will come back the next time we are around. A++

The very best restaurant we visited in the Caribbean. It oozes trendy chic cool. The decor is great, the setup is amazing. A beautiful restaurant to enter. Good service and some really tasty food rounds it off. Prices were just shy of €50 a head for two courses with wine. Menu is decent. Atmosphere picked up later in the evening. Definitely book ahead to secure a table as it gets busy.
