Whenever I return home to Jamaican for a visit, I always check out the latest restaurants that serve local food. I visited Chillin with one of my childhood friends, and it not disappointing.
From we entered, the greeting and warm smile from Brenda was so welcoming, and she was plesant throughout. Our server Nikkian (spelling might be wrong) was the best. She was professional yet pleasant, and was very attentive. She added to the cozy atmosphere.
Now the food. I am not sure if this was the intention of the chef, but it seems as if the attempt was the elevate Jamaican cuisne, in terms of the dishes and presentation. Well, if this was the intention, then mission accomplished. The food was delicious and the presentation elevated. I was also not offended by the price. Well done!!

Chillin was honestly such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, Brenda was so welcoming and accommodating. We were extremely late and had actually missed our reservation, but she was still incredibly understanding and made sure we were taken care of. That level of customer service really stood out to us.
Nikean was also amazing and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the experience. The service was easily a 10/10!
Now let’s talk about the food because EVERYTHING was amazing! We ordered the jerk chicken, chicken pasta, wings and fries, loaded nachos, and loaded fries, and we genuinely enjoyed every single thing. The food was flavorful, well-seasoned, and the portions were great.
The drinks were just as good! We had the strawberry daiquiri, piña colada, strawberry milkshake, and the Reggae Mix, and there wasn’t a bad choice in the bunch.
And the ambiance? Exactly what you would expect from somewhere called Chillin. The atmosphere was so relaxed and enjoyable, and the music was amazing. You could literally dance the whole night away.
Overall, Chillin definitely won with this one! Great food, great drinks, amazing service, and such a good vibe. We had a really good time and would absolutely recommend it. 10/10 experience!

Had such a great birthday dinner for my hubs!
The food was just fine, could’ve been better but it did it’s thing, the vibe was nice, and everything just felt easy and enjoyable. But what really stood out was our server, Nicki-Ann, she was attentive, warm, and made the whole experience even better.
You can tell when someone genuinely cares about service, and she definitely did. She checked in at the right times, made us feel comfortable, and added to the overall vibe of the night.
Definitely a spot I’d come back to. 10/10 experience ✨

I have been to the restaurant on numerous occasions with my family. The atmosphere is great, service can be so-so but on the last few visits it seems to have gotten better, and the food has always been on point. My go to was the fried snapper until I had the steamed snapper, delicious!!! Chillin’ is one of my go-to restaurants and doesn’t disappoint.

I visited Chillin on a Saturday evening with a reservation for two that I had made online. When I arrived, it seemed like my reservation wasn't in their log book, but thankfully the staff still accommodated us without any hassle and got us seated pretty quickly.
Our waitress came over shortly after we were seated. I can't remember if she had gave us her name however she was attentive throughout the entire evening.It didn't take long for us to receive the menu, and I liked that they offered both a physical menu and an online version.
The ambiance was a little different from what I expected. Based on the name, I imagined a larger space with a bit more to it. Instead, it's quite small and feels more like a laid-back spot to relax and hang out, which isn't necessarily a bad thing just different from what I had pictured.
Once we placed our order, the food arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was great, especially for a Saturday evening. Overall, it was a ok experience.
