They have the best customer service staff of all branches. The lines to the tellers move faster as well.

Worst bank I’ve ever been too.
3 tills open only, 2 hours plus of waiting to then be told I have to come back again tomorrow. What a strange way overall to run a bank. Not to mention they don’t answer their phones.
Incompetent and lazy staff that move like snails. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Wow !
Looking at all the 1 star reviews here it seems no one really cares about customer service
I spent over 2 hours in line to assist my mom in her 70s with a counter problem
Over 30 people in the line and only two tellers
It seems people are suffering when banking here .No apology or explanation given .
It would be great if you could review the service you provide especially for the poor elderly having to stand up so long in a line

It took me having to go to CIBC Warrens on 4 different occasions to have my matter resolved.
That is ridiculous BUT
I'm relieved that that part is over ..I'm just waiting on a new card.
