It took me having to go to CIBC Warrens on 4 different occasions to have my matter resolved. That is ridiculous BUT I'm relieved that that part is over ..I'm just waiting on a new card.

Wow ! Looking at all the 1 star reviews here it seems no one really cares about customer service I spent over 2 hours in line to assist my mom in her 70s with a counter problem Over 30 people in the line and only two tellers It seems people are suffering when banking here .No apology or explanation given . It would be great if you could review the service you provide especially for the poor elderly having to stand up so long in a line

Worst bank I’ve ever been too. 3 tills open only, 2 hours plus of waiting to then be told I have to come back again tomorrow. What a strange way overall to run a bank. Not to mention they don’t answer their phones. Incompetent and lazy staff that move like snails. Wish I could give 0 stars.

One of the worst CIBC FirstCaribbean branches. Always a massive line (30+ people) and always 2 or 3 tellers working out of the potential 6 for regular banking, which is a huge waste of everyone's time. I've had the misfortune of having to visit this branch for cash deposits twice in the last year. Both times I've wasted 1.5 hours of my life (but thankfully 99.9% of my banking is done online.) The managers and staff need to do a better job of providing fast and efficient service to customers. Right now, the service is disrespectful and inconsiderate of people's time. I will end on a positive note, in my opinion, CIBC FirstCaribbean has the best online banking and mobile app. My advice is to do your banking online and leave in branch transactions as a last resort. If you do need to go, budget 2 hours out of your day and make sure your phone is fully charged, you'll need it while waiting in line!

Waiting times here are generally long both in branch, on telephone and waiting for an email response customer service seems not to be important at this bank one of the worst in Barbados snd believe me, there are plenty bad banks you can do worse and better, to be honest.
