I recently had my first colonic experience and overall it was good. The facility was clean and comfortable. The process is done independently using the colonic machine, which provided a great sense of privacy, while staff checked in regularly and were available whenever assistance was needed.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Cocoplum Wellness.
A few helpful tips: Do your own research and make up your own mind about whether a colonic is right for you and your journey toward a healthier gut. I also recommend not scheduling any plans immediately afterward, bringing personal cleanup items such as wipes, wearing a shirt and pants rather than a dress, arriving on time, and coming relaxed so you can feel more comfortable and at ease throughout the process.

This was an amazing experience. I had a little discomfort at first but knowing the benefits of the colonic I was able to take my mind of the discomfort and focus on the end result. There are so many amazing benefits for example: decrease bloating, clearer skin, less brain fog and more. I would advise anyone who wants to improve the state of their health to make the investment in clearing out your system. It's recommended to have 3 to 4 sessions I'm one down and a few to go 😆 I've made this apart of my selfcare routine! 10 out of 10 I'm doing it again!

I feel 10lbs lighter. Service was excellent. Office is very clean with calming environment. Was relaxed throughout the process.
