We had a wonderful stay at CoCoVaa. Everything was as advertised.Nico was there to greet us and Ms Margaret the house keeper made sure are room was nice and tidy. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and very easy to get around the island in a rental car. Some hills are very steep, so be prepared. Would stay here again and again if available. Check the lock on the patio door

Wow! What an incredible visit to St. Martin and CocoVaa Beach Resort! The room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our short visit. Love the patio - and the view!!! Check in was a breeze with their great communication on the day of our visit. While waiting for the 4:00 PM check-in, we stopped by D’s Beach Bar, just steps away. This was a perfect spot to spend a little time planning our stay. Thank you CocoVaa!!! Will be recommending and coming back.

The stay was amazing. Nico was super responsive, and the location was perfect, right in between some of the best spots. The beach lounge was beautiful and had such a great vibe in the evening with the music. The only small issue was that the cleaners didn’t do a very thorough sweep when requested, but I’m sure if I had mentioned it to Nico it would’ve been taken care of right away. We’ll definitely be back 100%.

We had such a lovely one night stay at CocoVaa. The location was ideal being so close to the airport, and the view of the beach and the ocean from our room and balcony were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was well decorated. We loved watching the planes land and take off from the front balcony, you can’t get much closer to the action. No need to worry about noise from the airport overnight though as flights seem to cease around 10pm. The staff were super friendly and lovely to chat with. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed here as a pit stop ahead of flying home after spending our vacation in Anguilla. It was a very convenient location. Extremely close to the airport, right on the beach, D’s beach bar right next door. Walking distance from Maho and Mullet Beaches. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice little set up. A few complimentary drinks in the fridge (coke, water, beer). Kettle for tea/coffee. Also a little continental breakfast offered in reception was a nice bonus. I was nervous about proximity to airport after reading another review but it was not an issue at all. Yes there are some noisy planes taking off from time to time but it isn’t extremely frequent like the person posted and it didn’t disrupt our sleep at all. It was actually interesting to be able to observe the planes from that viewpoint. Would definitely stay here again.
