Ok. Somewhat pricey. But wordt thing is they are inconsistent abt their items. ie: u may never see that favorite item u were hoping to find ever again.
And prices go up monthly. No consistency. Sometimes its cost u more.

pretty decent warehouse. it’s basically like a sam’s club, costco, or bjs. a lot of stuff is in bulk. for longer stays, this place is a good idea to stock up on the essentials. no real complaints to report.

The return policy is not transparent. I recently purchased a kitchen scale which didn’t work. I decided that it was actually a waste of money and I decided to return it the next day.
There is a clear return policy posted on the wall behind the customer service desk. However, after waiting ten minutes while two agents chatted with each other five feet away from me, I was finally served and told I could only exchange my purchase. I spoke about the policy that was posted on the wall but the agent was determined not to return my money.
After pointing out that the policy on the wall which was in clear public display should allow a reimbursement for my purchase she spoke to the manager who then agreed to the return.
I don’t know if it is because I insisted or if the agent was ill-informed but it was an effort and says that professional service may not be available at this store.
