We bought a brand new portable air conditioner for our son’s room. He did not feel it did the job he expected. We were told to take it the Courts service dept. so we had to pay for a taxi to get it there. We would told it worked fine and they would not refund our money when it had only been turned on a couple of times testing it. This is extremely poor customer service ! So what if we are tourists we don’t deserve to be ripped off. In other countries we could have returned machine and had our $ returned and we would have been happy to shop in Courts on our twice a year visits. This customer service leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and my family and friends will never shop in Courts again. The air conditioner sits in our son’s room unused.

Great selection of furniture. I went to a bunch of other stores before this one but ended up buying almost everything here. Great staff too and they delivered next day.

Terrible customer service. Was promised delivery same day and still waiting three days later for my new fridge. Only today realised street and house address wrong so no wonder. Am not impressed with salesperson's lack of attention to critical delivery details. Not only did I have no working fridge for Christmas but now will have to wait until the New Year to try again 😞 for delivery. Very, very disappointed.

Poor communication, poor delivery service and poor assembly service.
After being assured that the items I purchased would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd April - no goods arrived and Inhad to call the Delivery department daily until Friday the 5th April when I was assured the goods were en route and Courts requested someone be home to take delivery. I changed my work schedule to be available and nothing was delivered. I called again on Saturday the 6th April, this time Inreceived a call back to apologise for not delivering the day before. The delivery arrived at 3pm on Saturday but, despite paying the assemble fee, the items were not assembled and the driver returned with them. Just not good enough in terms of service.

Awful all round. My aunt purchased a laptop for me for work purposes. The first issue I noticed was that the earphone jack wasn't working but I was so excited and didn't want to be a nuisance so I left it be. After, the screen would randomly glitch and it would blue screen pretty often. We took it back and the technician said they reinstalled the software. Got it back and not even 2 weeks later it was glitching again, randomly restarting and I still had that blue screen issue. Took it back, requesting a new one and the technician says there's nothing wrong. Huh? Of course there's something wrong. They also said the jack was working...what awesome timing. Anyways, we got it back and right off the bat I had a blue screen again. They refuse to give us a new one even though we have visual proof that there's something wrong with the laptop. We no longer want anything more. We hope to get a refund and be done with Courts and their awful service.
