I was disappointed that I rushed to the BOGO sale, arrived around 1:15 but was informed I could not make my purchase when my turn came because 1:30 had gone. A different plan needs to be implemented to facilitate customers who like myself, found themselves in this situation.

I paid $1700.00 cash for a washer and never received it. I waited Three days and never got the machine. Further more the staff that answer the phone was very rude.

Nice furnishings but customer service is extremely poor...my experience was like im invisible Im there trying to make a purchase and my transaction was interrupted by another worker at least on 3 occasions. she is either new or not knowledgeable of what to do ....no "excuse me" ...no sorry nothing ...then the worker that was dealing with my purchase was showing me how well she can multitask her cell phone conversation was more important than dealing with a customer. The process of putting information on computer and or to print does take too long. ..THEN add the cherry to the top I was told that i would recieve my purchase by a particular day ...NEVER CAME...still waiting...didn't even get a call explaining nor apologising...OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE in Barbados (95% poor)is not the best..

Absolutely terrible service. I purchased a washer/dryer and then it broke down. I had not serviced it during the warranty period so I paid to have it serviced. Had to pay $150 for the guy to come and tell me it needed a service....then they collected it and told me Id get it on Friday. Called on Thursday and they said Id get it delivered on Friday. Friday they called to confirm that it would be delivered on Monday. And I need to pay before the delivery guy leaves!! (I guess in case I fly off the island) Is this service??? Is this really service??? Dont waste your time. Please. Use some other service company. Or let us all stand up for proper service.

I had an issue with my bed being delivered was alot of going back and forth,But after everything I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS i cannot remember her name but she wore glasses may have begin with the letter L was redskin. I appreciate u for EVERYTHING you done to make my experience for shopping at Courts still enjoyable.
