Ordered the Beijing Blast and it was so good. So well seasoned the only issue I would say is the jasmine rice. I would say it needs to be cooked a bit more. Like add a little more water in the rice cooker. The rice was a little “hard” not fluffy or soft enough. Overall, great dish highly recommend giving it a try.

Tried the Oriental Express Chicken while on honeymoon with my wife omg it was so good! We kept going back n back . It was Bursting with flavor, the veg and chicken were perfectly cooked. Honestly, one the best meals we had. Highly recommend! We loved it 🍜🔥

Couching Tiger is a GREAT place on the South Coast for Thai/Asian fusion food. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. The food, regardless of what you order, is always cooked fresh for you specifically, and always to perfection. The quantity provided is a lot - I recently order the spicy Hakka noodles with chicken and the serving must have weighed two pounds! I have gotten three meals from it and I eat a lot! You can sit in the Food court under the trees - which is very pleasant - or take your food to go. I highly recommend Couching Tiger!

We had Seoul Energy noodles with pork. Wonderful spicy dish. We really enjoyed it. This is a food truck in a square with other trucks, picnic tables, live music, and an outdoor bar.

I had the Soeul noodles with beef extremely bad, beef is rubbery tough, noodles aren't cooked properly, they're still clumped together. Taste overall 2/10 Please don't bother with it.
