Avoid this shop at all costs for repairs. From the start, I was very clear: I was only asking for the bare minimum for this bike, as I'm only using it until the end of the summer before buying a new one. An initial payment of €65 was made. During the repair, the shop called me for an additional €39 (cable and derailleur hanger to be straightened). The price was agreed upon over the phone, and I confirmed it, reiterating that I refused any unnecessary extra charges. However, in the end, the bill jumped to €60.50 because they added an inner tube and labor without ever calling me, even though I never asked for a flat tire to be changed. The mechanic, who was polite, explained that he had orders to "put the bike back in working order." Although I have my own spare parts at home and would have refused, I remained understanding and paid to avoid making a scene. To top it all off, technically speaking: having not checked the chain on-site, I discovered upon arriving home that it wasn't even lubricated and that the gears were slipping while riding. The worst part of the store was the customer service and the checkout. When I was surprised by the price, the owner refused to help and simply told me, "I don't know, go see the guy," a complete lack of professionalism for a manager. Then, at the register, I calmly and with a smile offered the cashier some constructive advice, suggesting that it would have been wiser to call ahead to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Her only response, icy and curt, was: "That's not my problem, that's the mechanic's problem." When I gently reminded her that she worked there and that it was a normal comment, she became completely offended. Instead of having a normal conversation, she became completely in denial, accused me of being aggressive even though I was perfectly calm, threw my bank card at me, and stormed off, muttering to herself. Unacceptable behavior and utter immaturity. Misplaced pride and a stupid business calculation. Eight days earlier, I had spent half an hour with this same saleswoman looking at the models because I planned to buy a new bike from them at the end of the summer, priced between €800 and €2000. By trying to sneakily impose a €21.50 charge while ignoring my instructions, they definitively lost a customer and a sale worth over €1000. Avoid at all costs. ...[Update following the owner's response]: Contrary to what you claim, I was never told over the phone that replacing the chain and cassette was absolutely necessary for the bike to function. It was even your saleswoman who verbally assured me at reception that the wear was minor and that it would easily last until the end of summer. Using this disingenuous argument now to cover up your shoddy work and inconsistencies only confirms the complete lack of professionalism of your establishment. [Update #2]: To add to this observation, I also noticed sloppy finishing: the supposedly replaced inner tube doesn't even have its valve cap, an avoidable oversight. Even more serious, upon returning the bike, I discovered abnormally significant play in the bottom bracket axle (more than half a centimeter of travel), which was nonexistent before I entrusted it to you. Claiming a "safety restoration" backfires completely: if the bike had actually been inspected, your workshop should have identified this major bottom bracket problem and informed me, just as you did with the inner tube without my consent. Returning a bicycle in this condition while claiming to have made it safe demonstrates either a total lack of control, or pure bad faith to mask sloppy work, uncontrolled work unworthy of a professional, hastily billed services and obvious professional shortcomings.

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the speed with which any issues I encountered were addressed and resolved. However, it would be desirable to offer additional benefits to regular customers. Nevertheless, the absence of my fifth star is precisely due to this lack of benefits granted to loyal customers.

I bought a good tire, and after 200km, I got a flat due to a manufacturing defect on the sidewall. The tire showed no signs of wear anywhere else. The owner, very arrogant compared to his employee, told me he couldn't do anything because this kind of problem can happen after two months and the factory wouldn't cover the manufacturing defect. Yet this type of tire can easily last 5000km or more. This person didn't even offer any compensation. He even questioned whether I had ridden so little on the tire. In over 30 years of cycling, I've never experienced such poor and unpleasant service. Don't buy tires from them, or you risk paying over 40 euros for nothing... In response to your reply: I showed you the condition of the tire, and I've been changing tires for 30 years with the proper equipment. I've never had this type of problem. And what about the arrogant tone with which you dismissed me? I simply told you it was theft. And at no point was I being impolite to you... you know very well what you're doing when you sell poor-quality products and then don't take responsibility... It's up to you to decide what you gain by losing a potential customer for other purchases or services... Regards

A very warm welcome and excellent professional advice. The well-stocked store made me want to buy something, and I gave in to temptation. See you again on my next visit. I'm from Martinique. Cheers!

👍🏽Great shop, very well stocked, you can find absolutely everything for cycling, including quality equipment. And the advice from the professionals is excellent. The only slight downside is the somewhat cold welcome.
