We enjoyed our stay! Very quiet peaceful sleep. The location is ideal as it’s central to the island. Host offers rental and taxi service but it can add up quickly so plan accordingly with regards to food dinners etc. maybe do as we did and pick it up early in the morning for the evening or ask to stop at a local spot on your way back to the room to not add up on taxi charges. The taxi thing is not a host issue but more an island thing and just a way we cut down on costs. Hot water was spotty early on but host is working on it as he is finishing up the units. TV remote in living room was problematic. Host was always available with quick responses and or showing up within the hour. Washer & Dryer complimentary in your units or outside. Unit was clean and had all amenities available even with beach towels.

We stayed at Deany’s UpTop Luxury Suite for 10 nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We travel to Anguilla regularly, and this time we decided to stay in a short-term rental instead of a hotel. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment is modern, spotless, and fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare your own meals or breakfast, and the bathroom is stocked with soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch. The property is located in South Hill, which, in our opinion, is one of the best areas on the island. Every beach is reachable in 20 minutes or less by car, while the neighborhood itself is peaceful and convenient. There are also two bakeries within less than a 5-minute walk, one of them just across the main road, making it easy to pick up fresh bread or pastries in the morning. Two supermarkets are also nearby—we did most of our grocery shopping at Liming. Deany is a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and always available to help or accommodate any requests. The property also has a laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent isn’t provided, but we brought our own, so it wasn’t an issue. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will definitely choose Deany’s UpTop Luxury Suite again for our next trip to Anguilla and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The room had all the amenities I needed, including complimentary drinking water, which made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

If you settle this rental locally, as per Booking conditions, for example, the host changes you +3%, compared to cash payment, without any notice and you have no choice if you have not enough casa, as ATM would cost you way more! Hot water might be missing(1 night only, luckily), as system is not working properly, as ot goes off, therefore something is wrong with it, in fact there are 2 reviews in booking about this topic! Car rental is carried out without any written contract by this host, just a "be careful" sentence to our question "what if an accident occurr?", luckily we had no accident! The host offered pick up and drop off from/to the pier: he did not show up when was time to leave to the pier, we had to drive there, park the car at our charge and he said not one time "sorry". I do not recommend.
