Horrible !!! this would be your worst nightmare to come here and wait to get your Malbete, or anything else done, I wish they where just as organized as the states, I hate this process with all my life!! They talk to you like you are just the lowest form of a human being, they all hate their jobs, they should be Happ they have one!! Because everybody's always crying about how there's a shortage of jobs in PR, they should consider themselves lucky they still have jobs even after Maria!!

Unbelievable. Since 8 am, for an apprenticeship license. The person in charge of issuing them goes on lunch, and they don't find a replacement for that time. At the document verification counter for collective services, there's only one employee and three empty computers. And over 60 people waiting.

I'm trying to find out if there's a recycling program in this municipality because I'm interested in recycling household waste, but it seems like nobody knows anything. They tell me to call the public works department, but I've called more than five times and they never answer. I'm very disappointed. It's very sad because it's a beautiful town and the government doesn't realize how important recycling is. I hope they wake up to the reality that we're going to be overwhelmed by garbage.

The posted hours are not followed by the employees. I arrived Saturday at 12:50 pm and surprise! It was closed, even though they were supposed to close at 2:00 pm.
