The food is incredible, as always. We were served by Lukuana, who is incredibly talented and excellent at what she does. Jules, also always takes great care of his guests and makes sure everyone has a fantastic experience. 10/10 experience for anyone coming to Barbados looking for a unique experience in the island!

As a Bajan living in France for well over a decade I must say I am highly impressed with the food and the wine. I’ve lived in the south-west of France and since moving to other regions the confit canard has never been good enough. This restaurant has finally met my expectations.

Officially my favourite restaurant. The food is top tier, in a space that offers comfort with the right amount of elegance. Its the perfect place.
The service has always been impeccable each time I visited and the food even more so. Even the drinks are amazing. I have about it to everyone. Kudos to the team at Derriere!

I love French cuisine, so it's nice to have a choice of a french restaurant on the west coast...however my first visit was for breakfast and it was delicious.
Atmosphere very nice in a clean and comfortable cozy like setting...very french with lovely furnishing interior and artwork decor...from outdoor seating on entrance to its air-conditioned indoors with a small verandah on the terrace.
Service was friendly and attentive by my server Christina, but also by runners who brings the food out, hostess was welcoming & accommodating in my seating preference...highly recommend this bistro and will definitely return.

Excellent food, warm vibe and careful service! Many thanks for all the staff on lunchtime 17 Sep. Obviously the owners are running this restaurant with best care.
I am sitting in the restaurant and can’t wait to try other food and La Shack Restaurant next time!!!
