The front desk staff was attentive and intelligent.
It's just that the entire system is awful. The building's functionality is chaotic. The only service hall seems to cover a wide range of services, but it's less than ten square meters. If it's so important, couldn't they expand it? The air conditioning is inadequate, the water dispenser is broken, and there are only four seats, despite the fact that they partner with numerous embassies. The average wait for a pick-up is half an hour!
