Not impressed at all. Felt like we were interrupting the personal conversations of the 4 people working while the store was empty. Before we could fully explain our issue we were told it's not their fault. Turns out when we got our plan... we weren't told we had to pay extra for SMS messages which is why the app we were trying to download couldn't be verified and downloaded. And we only got to that point after asking them to double check the plan we bought and what was included and whether it was all turned on. Some practice at customer service instead of immediately jumping to "its not our problem" would be nice.

It's not often that I'm excited to post about a telecom service, but the Digicel location at Dome Mall deserves a shoutout! 🗣️ I find this store to be *very, very, very* efficient ⚡. The staff here are *very, very, very* accommodating 😊, and the turnaround time is impressively quick ⏱️. You can be in and out within half an hour, no matter how many people are there or what you need to do—now that's commendable! 👍
This level of efficiency and service is rare across most telecom stores, so I have to give a big thumbs up to the staff at Digicel Dome Mall 👏. If you're looking for great customer service, it's definitely worth the drive 🚗. Head over to Dome Mall, and you'll be treated well! Of course, they have all the phones 📱 and packages 📦 that you'd expect from Digicel, but what sets this store apart is the service.
My choice, my favorite Digicel store, is hands down the one at Dome Mall 🏬.

Love to go direct to the machine that dont give back change.....pay my bill with straight money and get out.....simple,easy and straight forward.....ya cant lost....head on up and get de bill out de way in a timely fashion.
