This company doesn’t deserve any stars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will ruin your trip to Cayman.
They come across as friendly and helpful when you’re first asking questions, but once they have your money, the service completely falls apart.
We booked a round-trip ride from the cruise port to Seven Mile Beach and made it very clear—both to the sales agent and the driver—that we needed to be picked up at a specific (earlier) time because we had other plans. We were assured this wouldn’t be a problem.
But when it came time for pickup, the driver/owner never showed up. We were left stranded and had to scramble to find another way back to the cruise terminal. To make matters worse, when we finally got back, the bus and the driver were already there, just parked and doing nothing—after completely missing our agreed pickup.
We approached him to ask what happened and requested a partial refund for the return trip we never received. He refused to even deal with us properly— shrugged us off, and pointed us to the kiosk. When we went there, they quickly shut down and left.
This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It felt like a complete bait-and-switch. They took our money, didn’t follow through, and then avoided any accountability.

I do not recommend Discount Excursions if you're traveling to Georgetown Grand Cayman. Our group had a less than desirable confrontation with a female bus coordinator at 7 Mile Beach's parking lot. This individual turned out to be rude, petty and totally overbearing. It's a shame because this individual does not represent the other hard working, nicer employees, but is rightfully deserving of this low rating. We'd give 0 stars if we could for the way this lady talked to us. Ignorance is bliss and boy was she a BIG BLISTER

Don’t use this company; we paid for a round trip to 7 mile beach and was assured that we would have a pick up at a set time. The bus was not there at the agreed upon time and we had to pay for a separate mode of transportation back to the port. When we returned to Port, We requested a refund for the return portion of the trip and was met with objection. When the owner finally came to talk with us, he offered us half of what we requested and proceeded to lambast us about requesting our fair portion back. There was a 180 degree turn from when they solicited our business to when we were requesting the refund for the return portion of the trip. We never got our money back. We had heard so many wonderful things about Grand Cayman and this has tainted our experience. Do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Dropped us off at a beach and didn’t pick us up. Tried to get the return portion of what we paid back and they wouldn’t refund us. They were very rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

A very unfortunate start to our visit, we paid for a return trip to 7 mile beach. They did not return at the agreed upon time so we almost missed our next excursion. When asked to get a refund for the unused portion, the owner refused and spoke to us rudely. I feel bad for the ladies working on the booth, they understood the issue and were very apologetic. There are lots of other vendors available so I would choose someone else who has better business practices.
