We received excellent customer service from Tonya at their Sheraton branch. She actually provided nice follow up service as promised and did have a wonderful attitude throughout the whole process. Went looking for a vacuum cleaner in Sheraton Mall. First very popular furniture store were very rushed and abrupt. Went to Do it best and met Sherry. OMG the difference in service was fricking amazing!!!!! Best service everrrr! She walked me through the product with ease thank you sherry

I shopped online for pillows here, and I left a note to be messages through Whatsapp—I can definitely say that the employees pay attention to customers’ needs. I especially want to vouch for Ms. Raquel who has been so kind and respectful while communicating with me concerning my order. Just through text—I can tell, or rather I can confidently say she is an amazing employee!
