Good Afternoon
Yesterday evening, I visited your Do it Best location at W Mall and had the pleasure of being assisted by one of your Sales Associates, Shenika. It would be remiss of me not to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service she provided.
Shenika was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful throughout our time in the store. Her pleasant manner and willingness to assist made my shopping experience at Do it Best a truly memorable one.
I was actually assisting a visitor to Barbados with some shopping, and she too commented on what a pleasant experience it had been. As a Barbadian, I must admit that hearing her compliment the quality of service she received made me feel particularly proud.
Excellent customer service deserves to be recognized, especially at a time when we often hear concerns about the standard of service within our industry. I therefore encourage Shenika to continue maintaining the high standard she demonstrated.
I sincerely hope Management recognizes and appreciates what a GEM you have in Shenika. Employees like her are an asset to any organization and leave customers with a lasting positive impression of the business.
Keep up the excellent work, Shenika!
Kindest regards,
Joan Y. Marshall

The perfect holiday shopping experience at Barbados' newest shopping Plaza, a great end to a long, tough day, my experience at Do it Best W Plaza was hallmark worthy, Nyasha and Marcia certainly added top marks for a friendly customer service!!( there was a third young lady also, whose name escapes me now unfortunately)but the whole team on duty on December 19 2025 made it a "worthy to post experience"!!! Take a bow everyone!!!)

Hajarah was extremely helpful sales associate I found that her ability to engage with meeting my needs via aiding me in finding my way in store was refreshing. I would encourage anyone to ask for her by name for help at the W plaza

Hajarah was super helpful and she is a great asset in the toy section. She assisted myself and my autistic son with so much care ❤️ I am grateful. Then I met Kerry-Ann, who is a cashier and Charlene the Manager, they are super friendly and to be honest, made my shopping experience an enjoyable one! I will be back at this location. Thank you! Do It Best! 5 stars
