Comfortable, easy acces, all services, kitchen equipment, gas stove, 2 tanks of glp, tap water, tv's in each room and living room, washing machine, backyard, 2 parking spots, safe, not all doors or windows have mosquitoes net, to much dust, millipides everywhere, A/C malfunction, some fences need maintenance, its common ear lorry's at night, nearby petrol station, cheffet, minimarket, post office and locals stores and bars.
