We took a little excursion with DTS to see a few places closer to our resort. We got in touch with Juan from DTS who was prompt, had great communication, and was very friendly, respectful, and patient. He didn't rush us at all, and even though we had originally thought we would be out for 4 to 5 hours, we were out for 6 hours but there was no rush and no price increase. He customized the trip according to what we wanted to do and see and showed us and guided us through the area. It was a great experience and highly recommended. It was a fully private trip for just ourselves and quite reasonable compared other companies there. In fact our airport transfer service with a different tour company was way too much compared to our private tour with DTS. If we go back to the DR again, we will book with them from beginning to end and any tour in between.
