We had a lovely day here, the beach was clean, on the day we visited the sea was a little bit choppy but still fine to swim in (that said the current was quite strong, so I would be vigilant if here with children). We rented a couple of sun loungers and an umbrella from Kenny, for 30 Barbados Dollars. We had a relaxed day on the beach, there was a good selection of places to eat with Bajan dishes, cold drinks etc. Showers on the beach and toilets that were clean.

Very clean, quiet beach. Waves can be little rough if you’re staying close to the shore. No stones in the bottom ( they common on wild beaches in Barbados). Not crowded even though close to few resorts.
Plenty of parking if you’re driving from far.
There’s a bar and grill on the west side of a beach, but they don’t have straws for drinks. Lol, so no blended drinks.
I will highly recommend this beach.

Since our last visit 3 years ago they have planted 3 big bushes in which, Cockerells, chickens, chicks live & roam over the beach & come up to your sunbeds, not for us. Spoilt a lovely beach.

It's not a "fancy" part of town. Yet if you want to experience the local vibe. This is it. Beach is neat. The energy is lovely.

The beach is ok. The waves are quite rough and we had red flags for the whole first week of April we were there. There are a ton of debris from trees on ground and no one really to maintain it. We left here and took a taxi to Brown Beach which was 100% the best thing we did.
