You first approach the bar, where one of the staff ask you what you would like to drink, and then show you to your table. If it is a buffet, the choice is wide. Gluten free, vegan or a lot of meat, chicken, Angus beef, pork with vegetables. You choose and fill your plate. In the evening, as the tide comes in, the sound of waves lashing against the rocks nearby add to this fantastical experience. Try Taste of Bim or one of the cocktail selections here. Lager or beer by popularity is Banks which is Barbados 🇧🇧 brewed. Coca-Cola with ice 🧊 is great in the raging heat though a glass of chilled water will also do nicely. Some evenings are laced with entertainment so watch out for these. A few 🦀 crabs are resident here, together with pigeons so do watch out for these. All part of Crystal Cove by Elegant Hotels.

We went trying to go to the drifters restaurant but ended up to the impressions restaurant of the same hotel. Me and my partner wanted to try something special for my birthday!
The staff from the doorman, to the reception ladies and the restaurant staff were all fantastic really friendly and polite!!
Unfortunately we did not made aware that included to the price were the drinks, but that was not a problem because in any case we are not going to drink massively.. However I believe that when we were asked to pay for our three course meal in advance and the drinks are included in the price one might need to be made aware of it..
The barracuda was fantastic a beautiful treat for the mouth! However I found the rest of the menu somewhat away from the local cuisine.

It was a bit challenging getting a dinner reservation at first, as the process took a while due to the lack of poor communication skills between staff members. However, I must say special thanks to Mr. Stefan Jackman who stepped up and made it possible, also the wonderful team who altered the menu to suit me and my gathering. The staff were very pleasant and professional while we were there and the food was just right. My tops picks, the grapefruit glazed chicken and samosas with orange chutney, they're definitely worth the try in the very scenic environment!

Visited for lunch $100 for a small buffet, hamburgers and hotdogs. Yes "all inclusive" mixed drinks were defiantly made with the lowest quality ingredients. Dinner is $200. Checking in was like a part time job. First and last for me.
