Our experience with Eagle Discovery Transfers and Tours was a bit mixed overall.
On our arrival, the driver who took us to the resort seemed a bit rushed and somewhat bothered, which made the start of the trip feel a little less welcoming than expected.
However, our return transfer to the airport was a completely different experience. Our driver was fantastic, he took his time, was warm and engaging, and shared so much interesting knowledge about the island. He even went out of his way to give us a mini tour through downtown, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch.
Because of that second experience, we left with a much more positive impression. It really showed how much of a difference a great driver can make.

Eagle Discovery top notch. Communication is top of the line. Arriving at the Antigua airport easy to find and welcome you with a sign and your name written. Also the driver is professional and customer service excellent. First time in Antigua and Barbuda they make are experience excellent to getting transportation. I would highly recommend them for service.

Look no further than Eagle Discovery Transfers and Tours for your visit to Antigua. They were exceptional. I was trying to arrange a little extra fun for our trip from the airport to the Galley Bay Resort. I was traveling with my husband, my brothers, and their wives. I corresponded with Amey and she fixed us up with some good beverages and a few souvenirs. She was kind and funny and super cooperative--wanting us to have a good start to our special trip. Our flight was delayed quite a bit but they were there ready for us when we finally landed.
The drivers on the way out to the resort (needed 2 cars) were absolutely amazing. Olsen and Kareem answered our questions, gave us some history, laughed, and got our trip off to a roaring start. That 30 minute ride seemed like only 10!
On the return trip, the driver was not engaging (had one big van) and I think he said his name was Ivy. He was at the resort exactly on time and was very efficient--just not as fun--but did get the job done.
I was more than pleased with this transport and would highly recommend it because of the efficiency and friendliness.

These folks were very easy to work with and gave us great service for transportation to our resort from VCB airport in Antigua. We did the VIP service and skipped a huge line at customs. Our driver was so friendly and even did a quick stop over for us to pick up some snacks. I highly recommend Eagle if you are visiting Antigua, they made the transfers stress free.

Eagle Discovery Tours gave me peace of mind during my entire trip in Antigua and Barbuda. I have been in the position of having to call for cabs in the islands where you don’t know how much the trip will be in advance, they don’t take cards, they don’t show up for a long time, etc. EDT has an organized pipeline where you email in your cab request, they tell you the price and they send a secure link to pay in advance or they have a desk at the airport so you can arrange trips on arrival. So when your driver arrives you can relax and enjoy the ride.
I really liked having the same driver my entire trip: I drove with Jay for 4 days and every time he met me outside the car at my hotel entrance, helped me with my bags (even If it was just a shopping bag), opened the doors for me, and he was a safe and knowledgeable driver. I really appreciated how we worked together to arrange a meeting spot after a meal or excursion so you could enjoy your time outside the hotel, walk around, site see and know he will be waiting for you. Jay made my trip less stressful and more fun! He even picked me fresh mangoes when we drove past a grove. Thank you, Jay! And thank you to the entire staff at EDT. I look forward to next time!
