Odile, I honestly can’t thank you enough for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. ❤️ I went into the water therapy session not really knowing what to expect, but the whole experience was so peaceful, emotional and incredibly powerful. You created such a safe and calming space, and I felt completely looked after from start to finish. There was something truly special about being in the water and being guided through the experience — it allowed me to switch off, let go and just be present in the moment. I came away feeling lighter, calmer and with a completely different perspective. Thank you for sharing your gift and for making the experience so personal and meaningful. I would genuinely recommend this to anyone who feels like they need to reconnect with themselves, release some emotions or simply take some time to breathe and let go. I booked an Atma Jansu session with Odile to discover this practice. It was INCREDIBLE. I'm someone who loves and feels comfortable in the water element, but the Atma practice allowed me to completely relax and let go. I felt like a baby being cradled in the water by Odile's gentleness and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend Atma, and I've already booked my next session ;)
