This is a very tranquil place in a gorgeous Caribbean setting and style. With a view on the Atlantic from a deck, either your own or at the restaurant, you’re bound to be feeling happy.
The road to the lodge had seen better days and is in need of renewal. Be careful!
The restaurant has a diverse creative menu and has wonderful vegetarian options. Service is excellent.
The lodge is highly recommended if you want peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the West Coast of Barbados.
Remember: there’s no safe swimming on this part of the island.

We just ate at the restaurant and it was phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful and stunning property. All of our dishes were creative and had multiple layers of flavor. Catch of the day was perfect and the Cassava Gnocchi truly were little pillows. What a wonderful place!

We loved it. super quiet and relaxing environment. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Fantastic food and drinks. Requires a car to explore the island from this location.

The place is rustic, but if that is what you're after it is an absolute dream. The decor is beautifully simple, the views are incredible and the food spectacular (note the restaurant isn't open every day). Staff were friendly and professional, I loved the salt water dipping pools and walkway down to the beach

Once again, I had an amazing stay at Eco Lodge. The property is quiet, secluded and has an amazing ocean view. It’s so peaceful there, and really allowed for relaxation and rejuvenation. There are plenty of little spots on the property to immerse yourself in.. the pools and loungers, a large day bed swing, a big deck, a sauna, steps down to a gully and the ocean. Lots to explore within the property.
The restaurant is excellent, and I’ve frequented it many times even when not staying as a hotel guest. The food has always been fresh and local and veggie driven, and the menu has new options each time I visit. I especially love the homemade breads. The cocktails and wine are also above standard for Barbados.
Staff is warm and friendly, and go out of their way to make sure the experience is exceptional. On my most recent stay, the grounds keeper climbed a coconut tree to get me a fresh coconut to enjoy, so special.
Eco Lodge is a great escape, and a beautifully designed hotel with special touches throughout. It’s a real treat.
