The zip line excursion was great. You get to go on hanging bridges and five zip lines at varying lengths and speeds. Very safe considering it also includes hiking up on a trail before descending back down to the staring point via the zip lines. Staff are well trained and lovely people. Could not recommend this excursion more if you have a couple hours to spare

Going on adventures with Ecoquest Experiences was an incredible experience! The tours are well organized and full of exciting activities like kayaking and snorkeling, the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the environment, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, though some tours can get busy during peak times, so booking in advance is recommended. The experience was great. If you haven't ziplined before, don't worry, they guide you from start to finish. The staff are very kind and helpful, and will share tips and tricks about the island.

We did this zip line tour as a Royal Caribbean excursion. We enjoyed the views, and the guides were very competent and safety oriented. Unfortunately, there were a lot of missed opportunities. Most importantly, once we received our safety briefing, all the guides did was hook us up and unhook us from the lines. With a name like “EcoQuest” I expected the guides to talk about the environment, flora, fauna, and geography of the rain forest. They did not! There was one spot on the trail, adjacent to one of the platforms that was clearly built as a photo op. They were completely uninterested in mentioning it, or promoting its use. In fact we were almost rushed past it. Mosquito repellent was $12 a can once we were on the mountain. I get it, they need to make money. Still, a little warning that there would be a need for it would have been nice. And for the price, they could at least offer one free bottle of water included in the price of the tour (if not a free Mojito after the activity). I would’ve gladly paid an extra $15 upfront for the activity if they threw in the bug spray and water bottle. Overall it was a fun activity; but could have been so much better.

We did this as part of a cruise excursion, My tour guides were: Javier, Fernando, Ed, Victor, and Jomar. They were all super funny and definitely helped ease any concerns. Victor was a big help in learning the basics. I recommend coming for the zip lines! Super fun!
