To be completely honest, I didn't know that Eduardos was a restaurant that strictly used plant-based proteins. I picked this restaurant due to the positive reviews and our proximity to the restaurant. My wife was the one who noticed the plant-based menu and we both thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. She ordered the breakfast tacos and I ordered the chick pea omelet. The presentation of the food was fantastic (obviously evident from my photos), the portions huge, and tasted great. The service was great as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant 100%.

Amazing spot! It’s a very insta worthy aesthetic cafe, perfect for a brunch with friends. The plates are just as delicious as they are beautifully served. They have a wide range of different smoothie bowls, egg plates, and more solid foods for later walk-ins, like burgers and sandwiches. keep in mind it’s a vegan cafe, but all the alternatives are well tasting and refreshing (even my boyfriend who hates all vegan stuff enjoyed it a lot)! the drinks and coffee is very nice, however my only complaint was that the matcha was extremely clumpy and tasted like nothing.

Eduardo’s Hideaway was excellent. The food was fresh, tasty, and served very quickly. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was great from start to finish.
The only small downside is that the prices are clearly aimed at tourists, and everything being priced in US dollars makes it feel a bit expensive. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place.

OMG! This place is absolutely incredible—you have to visit it! The food is out of this world, the service is exceptional, and the location is simply perfect. It has definitely become my favorite place in the world. I can’t wait to come back!

@eduardoshideaway had the goods for us. It is Caribbean food with a lean towards healthy and fresh eating. They have fruit bowls, yogurt bowls, poke, sandwiches wirh fresh fish, and salads. This was a nice change of pace from all of the fried food and desserts we had been eating on the trip.
If you are a healthy eater, vegan, or vegetarian then this would be a great place to meet those needs on the island without sacrificing taste and excitement. 5 star stuff.
