I had such a wonderful experience with this childcare agency in Barbados. I worked with Shanté, and she was absolutely amazing with our son. From the moment she arrived, I felt completely at ease. She was warm, attentive, and clearly very experienced with children.
What really stood out was how accommodating she was; she even stayed over last minute when we needed the extra help, which I truly appreciated. She was incredibly trustworthy, and I had complete peace of mind knowing our child was in such good hands. She was also very respectful of our time and space and only would have contacted us if there was an emergency (which there wasn’t).
Because of her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. I had a great experience and would absolutely hire Elite Childcare again the next time we’re in Barbados. Highly recommend! ⭐️

Elite Childcare Barbados really helped me out when I needed it. I had a sitter lined up based on a recommendation from a friend, but she fell ill and could no longer babysit my son. I couldn’t reschedule my appointment and decided to reach out to Elite Childcare. I only had their Instagram posts to go on, but they provided feedback quickly and secured a sitter for me. This was done within 1 1/2 hours before my appointment, so extremely short notice. The sitter was great and my son enjoyed his time with her. I would definitely recommend this agency.

I’ve been using Elite Childcare for about 2 months now, and Vanya has been our dedicated babysitter for our adhoc needs.
From our initial contact with Victoria, the administrator, we were met with professional and prompt responses. A number of high quality candidate profiles were shared and my partner and I were able to shortlist and interview the candidates who best aligned with our needs.
As my son was a newborn (4 weeks) when we started working with Elite, it was imperative that we were comfortable with our chosen babysitter who we’ve fully embraced into our lives and home! While Victoria is amazing, I must commend Vanya for the work she does with my son. From our first session, I felt comfortable that she would take good care of him in my absence.
I highly recommend Elite Childcare.

In May of 2021, my husband and I decided to move to Barbados (via the Welcome Stamp Program) with our 8 month old daughter. We needed a nanny and Elite Childcare was recommended to us via an FB group.
Elite did an outstanding job providing us with nanny candidates to virtually interview. We selected Cherish and met her in person once we landed on the island in July 2021. Cherish is amazing and quickly became family. Our daughter is almost 2 now and we no longer need full-time nanny services. However, any time we need a sitter for date night, Cherish comes and we have a great night out knowing our baby is with family!

Tiese and I were clueless as to how to go about having our baby in Barbados. We searched childcare services in Barbados online and engaged found Elite Childcare Services. That marked the end of our troubles. Victoria and her team are professional with a huge touch of loving and caring. Highly recommend if you are thinking of having a baby in Barbados or looking for childcare services.
