AJ and his team catered for us at our villa whilst we were on a family holiday in Barbados. Food was delicious and they catered for everyone in our family including the children. AJ and his team worked very hard to make sure everything met our expectations and more.

AJ was the absolute superstar of our trip to Barbados. He handled everything for us, from meal planning to grocery shopping, and made sure everyone’s dietary restrictions were accounted for. He and his staff were great with all of our guests and were a part of the crew by the end. And none of that covers the food! All of it delicious, all of it cooked to perfection, all of it showing the best of Bajan cuisine. Thank you AJ!

Chef AJ cooked for our group of 12 in Barbados and did an excellent job. The food was great, and he and Precious were wonderful to all of us. Highly recommend AJ for any of your catering needs!

AJ was our private chef for my friends’ stay in Barbados and it wouldn’t have been the same without him! Vacations can be stressful and navigating a 12 person group trip can be tricky, to say the least! It was such a relief to wake up and not have to worry about breakfast! Every day was something delicious, using locally sourced ingredients. AJ also took special orders, offering veggie options for one of us that doesn’t eat meat. We will for sure be back to Barbados and will absolutely use AJ again!

Food was amazing and i absolutely love the garlic sauce. I've had the chicken, fish and shrimp wraps and also the grilled fish combos and they were all great.
