From the get go when the trip was suggested, Epic Vacations246 was the recommended travel agent for the complete planning and arranging of every section of the trip. We had to adjust dates couple times and she was accommodating to assist at no extra cost. When everything was settled we got our confirmation email stating:
Flight details going and coming
Accommodation
Transfer service with contact info
Then her contact should it be needed.
The day before we left we got our boarding pass info.
Pickup info
A courtesy message.
The entire vacation went seamless, only could have been spoiled if we didn't want to enjoy ourselves. The name speaks for itself Epic.
Thank you Erica, looking forward to giving you another task soon. Loved it. 5 star service from start to end. 👑👑👑👑
