Most of my equipment was purchased from the company and to me are of good quality, all my interactions customer service wise was very decent, friendly staff and knowledgeable in their field. My only questionable encounter was in 2025 with an accessory part for a pressure washer being damaged on the second use, staff found all reasons to hold me liable for the faulty item since it appeared quite impossible for the item to be damaged in the way it separated rather than taking into consideration that man made items can also be faulty. In the end it was decided that a two week period had just passed by so the purchase would not be replaced or refunded. My fear going forward is the quality of products being sold. Today it may be a 15 dollar item while tomorrow it maybe $800 lost in the blink of an eye.

A few people have described the service at this company as good/great. But I have to disagree, since I've called both stores several times to make a query about a product I bought about three years ago and no time was the phone answered -- after several rings I got one of those automatic responses -- each time I called. I'm sorry but I can't describe a business as good/great if I can't get a phone call answered.
