Service Delivery is good but pricing is a little high. I would suggest more sales throughout the year to keep moving the stock and so customers can appreciate the evolving new stock and features.

My husband and I purchase a chandelier , and lights for our bathroom on our second visit to exclusive ,the service we received was outstanding the gentlemen that helped us by the name of Hallam was extremely professional and very knowledgable, The lady that took our payment by the name of Debbie was extremely polite , great service and had time for us.
We would recommend exclusive to friends and family.

I visited their store and purchased a light, to replace a similar light from IKEA (which failed).
They have a good selection of lights and ceiling fans, and their people are very helpful.

Good service and a good selection of ceiling fans ( that we were looking at)
We bought a fan, plus extender pole and extension pull chains too.
It all went in and worked fine. The advice and assistance were helpful.
BARP discount was applied too.

Great service and selection.
We are in the process of updating our lighting fixtures and will definitely be purchasing additional lighting from here. So glad that we found this store.
