Food was acceptable don't go for the food go for the fire show and the lagoon. The servers were all top tier. The captains were great. The lagoon was a good experience. The lumiemce was not as bright as you would expect originally but the experience of getting them to react was exciting.

Leave it for the tourists. An hour wait for food with only a few tables sat in the establishment when we arrived is ridicules. The manager straight up lied about the waiter being “in training” as a scapegoat when we complained about the service.
If you are not booking the boat experience and ordering your meal in advance you will likely be waiting forever as others come in, eat, and leave before you even get an appetizer. The tour groups will come in and take over the space before you even blink. Which is fine just treat all your customers with the same urgency
Thank you to the young man behind the bar who tried to get things in order (not the lien manager).

The food was average on more than one occasion. Rice & peas cold and hard; not up to temperature. The curried goat overcooked. No dressing on side salad. That’s unacceptable at the price $$$

We visited this gem twice. The ambiance was great on our first visit. We just had dinner. Dinner was great they had great entertainment, they truly outdid themselves with the fire performance. On our second visit, we went on the luminous lagoon tour. Our tour guide allowed us to swim at night so we could see the luminosity of the water. It was quite an interesting tour. I definitely recommend anyone to visit. The staff was also quite welcoming and warm.

Good Day Everyone,
On this trip first trip of 2025 to Jamaica I went to Falmouth for lunch. Originally I went for the fire entertainment but unfortunately that’s a nighttime entertainment only event.
I made reservations online but I did them. There Is adequate seating indoors and outdoors.
The original hostess wasn’t so friendly and denied our schedule reservation until our waitress acknowledged us and our reservation I was not happy. The place had hundreds of open seats so I didn’t understand the need for the reservation but again we went in the afternoon.
Our waitress was so genuine and nice, greeted us with a sincere smile. She had a group of over ten at a different table and checked on us constantly.
The restaurant is connected to the luminous lagoon boats and the party boat.
The drink menu was broad and besides soup entrees were all available.
The wings were ok, fries were greasy but the coconut shrimp and lobster made up for it.
A great place for lunch and there’s a gift shop and the restrooms were clean!!
I would definitely visit again later after 6pm to enjoy the entertainment/ night cruises.
