I reside near this supermarket and used to frequent it for quick grocery top-ups. However, it seems there has been a change in management, as my recent visits have left me feeling quite uncomfortable. The staff, particularly a tall drk skin man, creates an unsettling atmosphere by closely monitoring my every move. I am uncertain about the basis of his scrutiny, which feels unjustified and may stem from biases related to skin colour. As a law-abiding citizen who contributes significantly to the country through taxes, I find this experience disheartening, especially since I have never encountered such treatment in other supermarkets. As someone whom have helped many small businesses to strengthen their operations and customer service; I suggest Managment invest in security cameras to capture whatever you are looking for to preserve a good customer experience.

The staff are too comfortable in the work place. All seating down on there cell phones. Heads are down. Not even trying to up sale..
