We ordered a two meat platter with two sides to share and it was very good. The brisket and ribs were both super tender and the bbq sauce was tasty. Their potato salad was excellent and the mac n cheese was quite substantial and really cheesy. All in all, we got served a good meal for a decent value.

Loved Fat Tony’s! If you’re looking for great fall of the bone ribs and soft yet delicious brisket this is the place for you. It is the All american vibe. The drinks were reasonably priced, the food was delicious and their bacon habanero sauce is a must try! I highly recommend this place is you’re looking for chill bbq vibes. What we ordered: Choose two platter (comes with two choices of meat and two sides) Ribs and brisket, rice and beans, and Mac & Cheese. We also ordered an extra side of cheese fries.

A must visit while in Sint Maarten! Lively ambiance, delicious bites, fun decor, lots of photo ops and of course the amazing owner who also has a thriving hot sauce business with 50 flavours! During my visit I saw him give a very generous tip to one of the local employees which shows the commitment to supporting all the people of this enchanting island. Fat Tony’s is simply a fabulous spot on this slice of paradise.

What a place! Rhis place is pretty awesome and a lively crowd:) We ordered the ribs with fantastic fries and my wife had the brisket. Really tasteful and insane good meat. Remember to bring youre dollars as they dont take credit cards. Highly recommended place!
