Field Insurance feels like a family and they treat you as such.
I had an outstanding experience a recent, somewhat difficult claims process.
Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me reach a fair settlement. They explained every step clearly, followed up consistently, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable.
I also appreciate Sean coming in person, to the property with the representative of the insurance company.
I Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that truly supports its clients when it matters most.

I really love going in to the office rather than calling in or email because the ladies that work her are amazing, smart, and very intelligent. There is no question they can't answer. We are here from the US and have no idea what to do and we left the office completely squared away.

Looking at these reviews from years ago it’s clear the quality of this company has fallen through the floor. From miscommunication, being given wrong totals, being told by Sean a bunch of different things, being told how to feel and how to react. I’m sure this company is not ready for the future. As I was told but multiple people a broker is a waste of time. I see that now. If you want to be unanswered like my many questions to them you can go with them. Other wise I would advise you to stay away. I moved my business vehicle from them and currently I am still without my personal based on insurance from bcic that I had with them. #theworldwillknow

Field Insurance Brokers is a small family owned and operated insurance broker. I have had my house contents and automotive insurance through Field Insurance Brokers for the past 15+ years. The service received is consistent, friendly and responsive. The team is knowledgeable across the spectrum of insurance needs and always professional. I highly recommend Field Insurance Brokers.
