"Customer Service Needs Serious Improvement"
I’ve had multiple experiences at 1st Choice Supermarket, and unfortunately, the customer service—particularly from most of the cashiers—has been consistently disappointing. Many of them come across as rude and self-centered, with attitudes that feel completely unnecessary.
This morning was no different. I stopped in quickly to pick up a few items my wife needed. After waiting in line, I greeted the cashier with a simple “good morning,” but received no response. Instead, she began scanning my items with a visible attitude, her face showing clear annoyance for no reason at all.
It honestly leaves me wondering—why? Why treat customers this way when they’ve done nothing wrong?
To the cashier who assisted me this morning: your attitude matters more than you may realize. It’s contagious, and it can affect someone’s entire mood for the day. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way.
I hope management takes note, because customer service like this pushes people away rather than bringing them back.

They had everything we needed to provision our boat. Deli that slices your meat to order. All the fruits and veggies you could want. The deli jerk chicken was great 🤌. I did purchase a pre-made cake and it had mold on it. But, they refunded me the money. Don't shop without your glasses! 🤣 I didn't see it but my younger friends did. Took a friendly taxi back to the beach near sandals $15US.

We were able to get a few staples like fruit, eggs, sausage, and cereal. However, the options were very limited. The freezer section had some lunch foods but the entire breakfast and frozen fruit area was down. The bread options were also very limited. It’s good if you’re not looking for specific food items so you can get by until you can find another grocery store.

Good day.i am not 100% positive but I think I got a very bad food poisoning from your restaurant. Last Tuesday my daughter bought a curry goat meal for me and by Friday I was in a full blown food poisoning. It was the most awful I have ever felt and is still recovering. I will never buy food from this establishment again. I will spread the word. You need to check your servings practices.

This Supermarket is my First Choice (pun intended) for shopping. Its conveniently located out of town and there is lots of space for parking. You can find just about everything that you will need for your kitchen at First Choice.
