Very good gym which is open 24hrs. Very helpful staff especially the young man Jay who works at the front desk. He signed me up for a week and made sure I was comfortable and settled in. A large selection of free weights and machines more than enough to fill you in while you’re on holiday.

The gym itself is fairly decent. The equipment is definitely showing its age, but it still gets the job done if you’re not too picky. Most of the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere better than the machines.
Unfortunately, there’s one major downside: the front desk experience. There’s a middle‑aged female staff member who consistently greets people with rudeness and hostility. Her attitude is dismissive, unprofessional, and completely out of place in a customer service role. It’s frustrating to walk into a gym ready to focus on your workout, only to be met with unnecessary negativity at the door. Management should really address this, because one person’s behavior can sour the entire experience for paying members.

This gym really came in handy during an extended stay. Open 24 hours, solid AC, and well located. Very friendly staff and patrons. Not a lot of space for free weights but you can make it work. Oodles of machines. Very reasonable price and no need for a membership.

Clean, professional and reasonably priced gym.
Staff polite and attentive.

Gym is very good. Good machines, weights, great location, awesome place to meet any of your fitness goals. Now open 24 hours, fitness classes available. I would give it 5 stars if the attendants or clean lady clean the gym better, however, bathroom are always excellently clean. Floors and laying mats need some special cleaning attention though. Other than that great spot.
