Today, friday january 02nd,
i visited the mall at about 10:10 a.m, a lady was behind the counter eating,
i said good morning, she stared at me with a grumpy response, i was looking at the menu, then she got up to take my order, she said what i asked for was not on the menu, and there was no croissant. Neither did they do the coffee i wanted.
Which is fine, it was just that her behavior was rude, she had fake nails on tapping away at the counter as if she wanted to explode. Then she walked away without saying she was stepping away, she came back with a phone and called someone then continued complaining to the person on the other line.
i just stood there looking at her.
That was the worse customer service ever!!!! Some persons should not deal with the public period.
She stood there reciting the menu like a robot, while i tried to have a conversation with her,
She tried to serve me a dry bagle, did not even ask if i wanted anything on it.
Very poor service.
she was even smirking while i tried to explain how the previous lady served me, the previous lady was warm and professional, she did not just serve a dry croissant, she asked if i wanted anything on it. which was excellent!
When she finally got off the phone, i told her to have a good day🙏.
and i went to buy else where.

So I would of pass by Tue 13th Jan to buy something but my mind was turn when I saw the young lady serving customer and pumping breast milk or whatever it was that she was doing that not clean or something that should be done in the eyes of the customer and this must be the second time I pass and saw here doing it like if you have to do that ask to step away from the customer and do in private that not sanitary..

Generally good range of eats and drinks. Reasonably priced as well. Hate to be "that guy" but service on the other hand - sadly - is hit or miss tbh.
Went to purchase something for someone and the cashier gave me a hard time getting the change right because the listed price on the screen was one thing and the register had it as another.
Truthfully, if it were my money I'd have not been bothered, but I don't play with money that isn't mine.
Got the change, but management needs to look into ensuring consistency of the listed prices on the screens and the register.
Right is right and wrong is wrong. I'll change my review in time should measures be taken to iron out certain kinks.
