We very much enjoyed our time at Flamboyant Beach Villas. The location is perfect with the lovely beach right out front and the restaurants and shops of Grand Case just a short walk away. The accommodation was just what we needed – plenty of space, clean, well-stocked, and an authentic Caribbean feel. Communication with the hosts was easy, they were very welcoming, and the 4 times per week housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay again!

I've already visited Esther's place several times in the past 10 years and I always enjoy the stay at Flamboyant Beach Villas. The apartments are well equipped with everthing you need in your every day life and also very clean. The beach yard is not only very nice to relax because of the big grape fruit trees which spend a lot of shade, but there's also a direct beach access which allows to dive instantly into the beautiful shallow sea.
The place is very quite even though it's only a 5 minute footwalk from the restaurant strip in Grand Case.
I can't wait to come back next time.

I stayed at Flamboyant from March 1 to 11 2024. Esther and her family were GREAT hosts. The location is clean and peaceful and my, oh my the backyard is the beach as you will see from my pics. I was able to catch the sunset on March 8 as seen in the pics and I was sitting in the outdoor gazebo. The rooms very comfy, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. If it didn’t Esther made sure it did.. Esther and her family made it comfortable, great conversation and we were able to host a bridal shower in the back yard as seen in the pics. @Passioncuisine catered. Not many places allow you access to the beach, how you want and when you want. So we went in the sea morning, noon and night as you can see from some pics. We also had a great view of Anguilla day and night.
Quality, accessibility, beach access, safety, peace, calmness this is your place!!!!

FBV perfect home away from home…beach front! We LUV it! Clean, quiet, simple…all we need to wind down! Gated property, walk to Grand Case, few steps to Sunset Cafe/Grand Case Beach Club, Super U short drive. Wonderful owner & managers, Esther Leonora & Ralf! We will be back! 😍

It was my first time at Flamboyant Beach Villas. The Apartments are quiet and comfy and the Beach is absolutly beautiful. I will come back for sure.
