FLOW in general is the WORSE!!!!! There is no way for proper recourse when there is a problem. The company has a take it or leave it policy. The experience with this company whenever there is an issue is generally UNSATISFACTORY & FRUSTRATING!
Today, the incorrect plan was purchased due to lack of information on their portal. I tried contacting customer service to have the planned changed to the correct plan. I was advised that customer service can no longer make that change. Asked to speak to supervisor or a manager - none is available at the moment. Of course what else can you expect from an organization where customer needs ranks so lowly on their totem pole. I was advised I just add more credit and purchase the required plan. FLOW really wants to tell ppl how to spend their money and budget for their customers. Money does not grow on trees! This is a simple fix.
If I could give a worse rating I would. FLOW really sucks!!!

Terrible service. Always have to wait long on the phone and you get someone from overseas that answers the call and can never help!!! most frustrating to deal with. NOT recommended
