The staff here are super friendly and efficient…but the process for queuing is a bit bizarre— and I’m sure that even the staff can see that. Making someone stand and wait in the middle of the room, instead of offering them to take a seat or requesting that one wait in a clearly demarcated area for waiting— not great. It’s a small space so all the more reason for clearly marked signage. I was dropping off equipment and had to wait while two other clients were attended to despite entering my details into the automated queuing / customer service machine— only to have someone take a box and say thanks for dropping. We have to challenge our own processes to help improve customer service in Barbados, it’s all our responsibility to do so #Pride #Industry #BeKind

Flow offer a great package of internet and local phone calls for 14 USD per week. Try to avoid visiting during lunchtime to avoid crowds. Good service when you get inside the store.

Why is it that I cannot reach a phone company via the phone? I made a query about my sim last week Tuesday, I was supposed to get a call/email regarding my situation, nothing. I am only giving one star because you cannot hit post by choosing no stars.

Called in yesterday to suuspend our phone aacount as we ar leaving the country tomorrow and after a long wait we were assured that our request had been put through to the correct department and that we would receive a call Bach within 24 hours. To date we have heard nothing and we have tried phoning twice to Warrens, and the phone just cuts off after ringing for 30 seconds. We are returning to the UK tomorrow and can’t seem to get it sorted. We have been a flow customer for nearly 20 years.

Horrible. I am on vacation and I’ve had to come into Flow just to get a pre paid SIM card. The people were nice and friendly but that doesn’t help much when the service experience was such a catastrophe
