I have called several times, been on hold for over an hour which is not a welcoming experience as a customer who wanted to upgrade their service plan. This is absolutely awful business practices.

The customer service here is absolutely non-existent. They will gladly take your money, and off you no support in return, when they mess up on their end. It is deplorable and downright insulting.
I wouldn't recommend them to any decent human being. If you had to communicate with your loved ones or do business using snail mail and a string and two cups, that would be wiser. Avoid them like the plague!
