This place is a little slice of tropical heaven on the beach. Next to the Fairmont and the Lone Star Restaurant, north of Holetown. We stayed for 5 days in August and the location, (except the cottage is NOT on the beach side or even on property) beach, staff and accommodations were outstanding. This home easily accommodated 15 of us and could go up to 18 with cottage. Chef made delicious meals and the wait staff were attentive and professional. ( clients discuss food menu with Chef and he shops for you). Last evening buffet was outstanding. Open concept in common areas and beautiful ocean views. Lap Pool placed perfectly for conversations and enjoying ocean views. Lots of stairs (no first floor bedroom) but the master is spectacular (about 1300 SF) with its own huge balcony and ocean views and king size 4 poster bed. All the bedrooms are air conditioned ( incl media room). One bedroom in the back gets loud street noise (needs thicker windows and a full length mirror) but all bedrooms have their own bathrooms in main house. (At cottage only master is en-suite) Other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and one of bedrooms has 2 twin beds that are kind of short- should be a at least a queen bed. Most of the time is spent at the beach, which has soft sand and a coral reef out in front. Beautiful fish and schools of fish are easily viewed from provided snorkel gear. Also provided beach drinks service and chairs and umbrellas daily. Lots of toys, like paddle boards included (jet skis for a cost and the water slide fun boat too ) Staff can arrange massage and transport and reservations. Truly a luxury vacation rental with every attention paid to detail and not to be soon forgotten.

As the butler here at footprints its a get villa right on the beach blue waters as far as the eyes can see sunsets to die for and drinks by the beach all day long. PARADISE.
