The gym is well stocked with weights and equipment. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere, the gym is fully loaded with all the desire equipments. Clean and hygienic facilities along with friendly staff. Always fun to work out at Formula.

Nice gym at a fair price.
Plenty of weights.
Great staff
My only recommendation would be to add a few exercise bikes.
