We used this company as a farewell tour coming off our cruise. Driver/Tour guide(Hampton) was inconsistent with his demeanour and quite lack lustre in his guiding capability. We had three stops Signal Station, St. John's Church and finally Sunbury plantation. We were told at each stop we could have a look around and have to be at the coach for a certain time. St. John's Church we were having a look round and a group of us saw the past prime minister grave as it was very pristine as we were looking and went to continue on Tour guide said we had to stop couldnt move forward, he then came and told us about previous prime minister. Which as earlier stated was inconsistent, as were told we could look around ourselves. When we arrived at Sunbury plantation we were told that we would have the Tour, have a light lunch, could explore and be back on the coach for 12.25, though the Tour finished at 12.30 Hampton wanted to leave by 12.25 to get us to the airport. Majority of us were back on the coach for around 12.15, one family was still in the shop. At 12.20 Hammond proceeded to beep the horn loudly and get out of the coach to hurry the family along, who were by no means late. When the family got on the coach, they asked if they had got the time wrong, it was.12.25 and not 12.20.We collectively confirmed the time was 12.25 to be back on the coach and it was only 12.22. Hammond sat stone faced and silent. We thought that was quite ignorant and rude of Hammond. Please note parts of the Tour was informative, (we have visited Barbados multiple times) but Hammond kept talking about the obesity epidemic in Barbados and the consumption of fast food and the use of MSG and some other ingredients in the food now. We think they should have a coach driver and a tour guide. Not one person doing the same jobs as it does not work.

Terrible dangerous driving on ABC as bus headed towards airport at 4:20 on Feb 14 2026. The driver needs to learn some basic driving etiquette and rules as he knowingly drove a pair of seniors off the road! Dangerous!

We booked our April 14th Coast to Coast Scenic Drive through Celebrity. Fantastic 3+ hour tour on Dr. Dre's Champagne Bus. Our guide (Olivia?) was a super knowledgeable local and very entertaining. Highly recommend.

On Dec 11 we took a catamaran/jeep tour in St. Lucia. Our tour guide Leanne was amazing! There was not a question she could not answer, and many others we didn't know to ask. Her knowledge of plants, statistics and real estate was complimented by a great sense of humor and a bit of comedian in her. Add her caring nature and overall kindness and you have the perfect guide, or actually great Island Ambassador. All employees were wonderful, and helped others, but I mostly interacted with Leanne.

Huge delays on a Foster & Ince bus out of Barbados airport. These people couldn't organise a pass up in a brewery.
