Nice location for a picnic. Many well shaded areas, as well as picnic benches installed for public use. A bit lonely and isolated if you're not with a group, but it was wonderful when some of us had a barbecue cookout at the location. I've also used Foul Bay as a relaxed spot to eat lunch away from the office while enjoying the cool breeze off the sea and the sound of the waves nearby.

One of the better beaches kn the east coast of the island. Very tranquil. On the Sunday I visited, almost no one around. Unfortunately a lot of sea weed. But if you're looking for a beach to chill on that will present you with a sunrise view and is free of the direct view of sun at sunset, this is a great beach.

Beautiful at sunrise. Very few people on the beach. Quite alot of Sargassum seaweed on our visit but didn't spoil the visit. Waves spectacular

The sunrise is beautiful. The beach is usually very clean and not overcrowded. In the evening the waves begin to get rough, please do not swim here at night. There is no place on the beach to buy food or drinks so bring a blanket and have a picnic watching the sunset.

Pros: Wave latte. Deserted, Waves created a natural seat on the sand beach edge ☀️ Surprised less seaweed and more Sandy Beach than on South coast. Cons: Foul is an apt name for the choppy waves, wouldn't want to try to paddle in or would be in for a fouley fallley flip. Happy I made the 30 min drive from east side.
