Probably my favorite part of my birthday trip tbh! This resort is absolutely breathtaking! First of all the room is EXACTLY like the pictures which goes a long way!!!! Clean, organized and the wrap around balcony? Yeah everything I could have imagined or more. When I say the views are breathtaking, the pool had the best fresh pressed juice and the service from the front desk is amazingggggg!! The room had a slight surprise in it, we loved our kitchen and bathroom vibes, and the bed was the softest thing possible. I enjoyed my stay here tremendously and just wish we took advantage of using all the amenities. It was close to everything and we enjoyed the shops close by in walking distance. Can’t wait to return and stay here again!!

My stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay was great. The service was very professional and check-in was seamless. It’s only a short drive to main attractions & restaurants. I wasn’t a fan of the fact that extra towels are not included in the stay and the washer/dryer aren’t very user friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at 14 Mullet Bay, B-1103. The condo was beautiful with amazing balcony views. Mullet Bay is incredible; soft white sand, warm turquoise water with food & beverage options on the beach. The pool area was also a great place to relax. We will be back.

I recently stayed at The Fourteen at Mullet Bay, and while the stay had a rocky start, it ended up being a solid place to call home for our vacation. Unfortunately, our arrival experience wasn’t the best. We had arranged airport transportation through the hotel, but after landing and clearing customs, we waited an hour for our driver to arrive. Once he finally got there, there was still a lot of confusion because he didn’t have a sign or anything identifiable, making it difficult to figure out who we were looking for. It was a frustrating way to begin the trip. Things didn’t improve immediately upon arriving at the property. I had booked two rooms under my name, and there was quite a bit of confusion at the front desk. Although we arrived around 3:00 PM and knew official check in wasn’t until 4:00 PM, only one room was available. The second room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM, which added to the rough first impression. Thankfully, once we got into the rooms, things started looking up. The accommodations were beautifully decorated, the views were amazing, and the rooms included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and after settling in, it was easy to appreciate the property. The pool was another highlight. It was well maintained, relaxing, and we took full advantage of it throughout our stay. The restaurant on site also exceeded expectations. While the menu is somewhat limited, everything we ordered was good. The fitness center is adequate but very basic. It includes one elliptical, two treadmills, a strength training machine, and a small selection of free weights. One downside is that it gets very hot, and the water cooler remained empty during my entire six day stay, which was disappointing for a fitness facility. The location is another plus. You’re within walking distance of Mullet Bay Beach, markets, several restaurants, and even a casino right next door if that’s your thing. It’s also just five minutes from the airport, making arrivals and departures very convenient. That said, most of the island’s more popular attractions require a bit of a drive, so you’ll likely want a rental car or transportation if you plan to explore extensively. Overall, despite the frustrating arrival and check in experience, I enjoyed my stay at The Fourteen. The comfortable rooms, beautiful views, nice pool, and convenient location ultimately outweighed the early hiccups. It may not be perfect, but it’s a good option if you’re looking for a modern place to stay near Mullet Bay and don’t mind driving to some of the island’s main attractions.

Within the last ten months, I have had the pleasure of visiting Sint Maarten on multiple occasions, and during each visit I have consistently chosen to stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay due to the quality of the property, location, and prior positive experiences. Unfortunately, my recent stay in Unit B-1801 was significantly less than desirable. While the apartment offered a stunning view, there was an extremely strong sewer/septic odor throughout the unit that materially impacted the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. During my five-day visit, I contacted building management on two separate occasions regarding the issue. Although management did respond and attempted to address the concern, the odor persisted for the duration of my stay and was readily noticeable to anyone entering the apartment. Building management advised that they would contact the apartment owner regarding possible concessions related to the condition of the unit; however, to date, I have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, during my stay I became trapped in the elevator in Tower B for approximately thirty minutes. While I appreciate the eventual assistance provided, the experience was both stressful and concerning. Following the incident, I was offered a bottle of water, but no additional follow-up or accommodation was extended. As someone who has repeatedly chosen Fourteen at Mullet Bay for lodging during visits to Sint Maarten, I was disappointed by this experience, particularly given the otherwise high standards I have come to expect from the property. I hope future guests have a more enjoyable experience in Unit B-1801 than I did, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss an appropriate resolution regarding the conditions encountered during my stay.
