Stumbled on this area by chance. Absolutely beautiful view for sunset. It was also amazing to see the surfers doing what they do best.

I have just returned from paradise having spent a few months with friends in Atlantic Shores . We love going to freights Bay surf access and just chilling and surfing and watching the turtles. What really saddened us was the dumping of garden waste by the gardener from the white villa opposite called "Sea Window Villas" It is an absolute eyesore and encourages others to then dump there's too . But the most worrying aspect is what this entails...... I saw vermin ...rats on multiple occasions living under the waste. See attached photos Please keep barbados beautiful and clean and stop dumping waste it puts the view to waste and endangers the wildlife

Great spot. Clear water, sandy bottom, lots and lots of turtles. Nice clean lefts suitable for beginner but fun for more experienced riders. Not really a beach to hang out on - there is a grassy area with board rental and people hanging out watching, then you walk down the stairs to enter the water.

Sweet little access. Good surf and chill vibe amongst the folks there. Turtles everywhere and there are a few different breaks to get on some nice beginner waves, even a few barrels if the conditions are right. Go see Wayne to rent a board. Really nice fella with fair prices and great service. Great vibes all around at Freight's Bay.

Amazing location to learn to surf. Turtles are everywhere - no need to pay for snorkeling trips!
